The company provides full-service security solutions for homes and businesses including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services and background checks.Job Skills / RequirementsImmediate Openings for Part-Time Security / Loss Prevention Flex OfficersJob Description:* Identify and Apprehend Shoplifters through floor patrol and the use of Closed Circuit TV Cameras* Attend gate and provide access control for customers coming in and out of back lot of the facility* Check accuracy of orders picked up as customers leave the facility* Report Writing* Interacting with local Law Enforcement as needed* Provide Courtroom Testimony as requiredJob Requirement:* Must be able to obtain a Security License through City of Joplin* Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening* Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 3-4 hours at a time* Reliable transportation* Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently* Ability to communicate clearly and accurately through verbal and written means* Ability to write legible, accurate and easily understood reports* Must be assertive, yet controlled in dealing with confrontation* Must be trustworthy and able to work under little or no direct supervision* Attendance for scheduled shifts.
