TMC Transportation has an immediate full-time opening for a Dedicated Customer Service Assistant working out of our office in Joplin, MO.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Employee will provide administrative support to the Dedicated Operations Department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering customer phone calls
• Tracking loads
• Building loads
• Assisting with customer websites and updating pertinent information
• Daily lot checks and verifying equipment
• Collect paperwork from vendors, drivers, and customers
• Other duties as assigned
