DSJ Global is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join a leading independent manufacturer of building materials in the Webb City, Missouri area. This role involves planning and executing all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities and projects within designated areas. The Maintenance Manager will also oversee, guide, and mentor the team to ensure the successful execution of all plant maintenance operations and activities, optimizing the efficiency and utilization of all equipment and facility assets.

Maintenance Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Analyzes maintenance budget costs
* Executes maintenance or reliability projects as required
* Provides leadership and direction to the department
* Creates training plans for ongoing maintenance improvements
* Acts as a liaison between plant functions and corporate reliability teams
* Delivers monthly briefings to company executives

Maintenance Manager Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering
* 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance organization, preferably in an industrial setting
* Prior experience in supervising personnel in industrial environments
* Experience in the web-based or textile industry is a plus
