As the Health and Safety Manager, you will lead commitment and ongoing efforts to achieve Zero Harm at the Carthage, Missouri Site. You will be responsible for maintaining ownership of the HSE Management System for the site and ensure all standards, objectives and regulations are followed. Other duties include:Grow a behavioural based safety culture through the implementation of activities, procedures and ongoing education demanding safety as the Companys number one priority. Demonstrate and/or lead the commitment to achieving Zero Harm through behavioral based safety. Ensure compliance with applicable HSE performance standards, objectives and regulations. Live and foster the Corporate Values. Promote HSE management system so that policies, procedures, and requirements are understood, properly interpreted, administered and reviewed.
