Process payroll for all hourly and incentive employees of the facility. Manually calculate and key hours worked daily for hourly and incentive paid employees. Enter data into payroll system, balance and verify entries (entries include vacation, overtime, paid personal time, and various other types of compensated leave). Manually update and adjust pay rates and shift differentials when applicable. Investigate and process retroactive and/or manual pay adjustments and discrepancies (including recalculating incorrect hours paid, missed overtime or downtime, wrong pay rate, and data entry errors). Communicate with employees any pay discrepancies, findings or errors. Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Maintain payroll records in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures.
