Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated 100% Remote GIS Developer to support a high end and Fortune 500 client. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience working as a data engineer for large-scale electric or gas utility providers
• Must have worked with the ESRi and ArcGIS suite of products
• Need to have experience with FME, AWS, and Python.

• Degree in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) or Geospatial Science is highly recommended (not required)

• Provides technical direction for the design, development, and systems integration from definition phase through implementation
• Ability to design, develop, and deliver operations research applications (databases, websites, tools, and products) that are geospatially enabled to support a multitude of solutions
• Ensures system, technical & product architecture is compliant with and adheres to all Energy Company operational, architectural, and design standards and principles
