As a Product and Pricing Analyst you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with product development, sales, finance, operations, and marketing to help make data-driven decisions. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by analyzing the entire business portfolio to advance improved profitability, business growth, and channel success and will help develop and lead the ongoing analysis of sales, margin, product, and inventory trends to support strategic and financial objectives. The team you will be working with is collaborative and close knit, and values challenging work and diversity of thought.

So, what will you be doing as a Product and Pricing Analyst?

• Analyze product performance, pricing trends, and competitive positioning across the entire business portfolio.
• Monitor changes in customer behavior, market dynamics, and SKU performance.
• Support product launches with cost analysis and pricing strategy.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine product offerings and streamline assortments.
• Pinpoint opportunities to grow margins through strategic price adjustments, discounts, and value-based pricing.
• Deliver regular reports and presentations with actionable recommendations.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, STEM, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with cost accounting and understanding of the three financial statements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
• Professional adaptability and an eagerness for creative problem solving.

Things we consider a plus:

• Familiarity with Power BI and Dynamics 365.
• 0-3 years of E-Commerce or B2C channel experience
