Job Position: Call Center Rep - Temp to Perm

Pay: $16/hr.

Schedule: Must be available M-F for an 8 hr. shift between 8 am CT - 8 PM CT!

Job Responsibilities May Include...

• Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
• Using computer skills for data entry.
• Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
• Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
• Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient

• At least 12 months of recent call center experience. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Quiet workstation with High-Speed Internet and wired Modem connection REQUIRED.
• Mobile hot spots are not accepted
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the customer.
