Lead the supply chain planning team to optimize cost efficiency and enhance delivery reliability of all materials and products. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team. Develop and implement supply chain planning strategies aligned with the overarching supply chain strategy. Drive the advancement and refinement of planning processes, methods, guidelines, and systems. Ensure processes adhere to defined standards while consistently meeting targets. Identify and rectify deviations or bottlenecks promptly. Align supply chain activities with strategic business objectives. Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as necessary.
