TAMKO is seeking a Corporate Maintenance Tech at our corporate office in Joplin, Missouri. This position will provide support for the Facility Maintenance Manager and must have general mechanical, plumbing, painting and HVAC knowledge. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Performs minor electrical maintenance to including, but not limited to, replacement and repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools.
