Join our compassionate and skilled team as a Dental Care Assistant! You will support our providers during treatments, help deliver outstanding patient care, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our practice.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Thursday

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists chair-side by providing clinical support, including charting and patient education, as well as preparing and cleaning the operatory.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience at all phases of their appointment.
• Take and process X-Rays efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain precise patient records and documentation.
• Complete sterilization processes for equipment and working areas.
• Welcome patients warmly and educate them on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Ensure all infection control protocols are followed, maintain patient confidentiality, and adhere to workplace regulations.
• Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of dental assisting experience preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Completion of a Dental Assisting program or certification preferred, according to state and individual practice requirements.
• Radiology certification preferred based on state and individual practice requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment.
