Entry-Level Geospatial Technician Position

We are looking for a motivated entry-level Geospatial Technician to support the creation of hydrographic data from high-resolution elevation models. In this role, you will help identify and map rivers, streams, and other water features using digital terrain data and GIS tools. You will assist in editing and refining these features to ensure they accurately represent real-world flow paths, and you will work closely with experienced team members to meet national mapping standards. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in geospatial data production, hydrology, and digital mapping in support of federal initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS degree relating to the geospatial field.
• Must have TDS or conflation experience.
• Knowledge and demonstrated experience utilizing GIS software, preferably ArcGIS Pro.
• Intermediate computer skills with ability to learn new processes quickly, familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
