The Co-worker Health Supervisor functions under direction of Co-worker Health leadership to oversee operations of multiple Co-worker Health locations. The supervisor will have direct reports and functional oversight of both Co-worker Health and Workers' Compensation efforts. This role will require travel to and from multiple Mercy locations on a regular basis. The supervisor is responsible for planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of daily operations and signature service. Serves as a clinical resource for department caregivers and functions as a nurse in the department as needed. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
