What You'll Do
The Freeman Health System Administrative Fellowship is a highly selective, project-based program designed to provide recent graduates of MHA, MBA, MPH, or related programs with hands-on experience in healthcare administration. Fellows will work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and organizational development projects that directly impact patient care and system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with executive leaders on high-impact projects across departments such as operations, finance, strategy, and clinical services.
Conduct data analysis, prepare presentations, and support decision-making processes.
Participate in leadership meetings, board sessions, and community engagement activities.
Rotate through key departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of hospital operations.
Lead at least one capstone project aligned with Freeman Health System's strategic goals.
Provide research and benchmarking support for system-wide initiatives.
