Hours: 1st & 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Packaging operators to support fast-paced packaging operations for a reputable manufacturing company in Joplin. The Production Packaging role includes operating packaging lines, palletizing finished goods, and ensuring quality and safety across all production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain packaging lines efficiently
• Palletize finished products and prepare shipments
• Serve as a relief operator when needed
• Work effectively in a non–climate-controlled environment
• Follow all safety rules, production standards, and work instructions

Requirements & Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and stable work history
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strict adherence to PPE requirements:
 — Hair net
 — Bump cap
 — Ear plugs
 — Safety shoes
 — Uniform
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
