Sigma Inc. is currently seeking a Warehouse Production Worker to work onsite with our client in Neosho, Missouri. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with warehouse, production, or material handling experience who are comfortable working in physical environments.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Production Worker will support daily warehouse operations, including order picking, forklift operation, loading and unloading trucks, inventory handling, and housekeeping. This position requires attention to safety, teamwork, and the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and process orders using a barcoding system (NBI)

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and company vehicles

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Receive products and enter data into computer systems

• Repack large bags into smaller quantities as required

• Perform general housekeeping and maintain a clean work area

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Valid driver's license required

• Ability to lift 55 lb bags repeatedly

• Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty, and humid environments

• Basic computer literacy and math skills

• Must wear steel-toed shoes

• Strong work ethic and good interpersonal (“people”) skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely at all times

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Warehouse or production experience

• Barcode scanning / RF scanning experience

• Forklift and pallet jack operation

• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions

• Attention to detail and time management skills
