The Role: This is a part-time, in-office role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time Office Manager position for the right person. Youll work side-by-side with our founder, learning the ins and outs of accounting services, operations, and client care.

Your Responsibilities May Include:

  • Assisting with bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online
  • Managing documents and client communications
  • Tracking tasks and deadlines for multiple clients
  • Supporting payroll, accounts payable, and data entry workflows
  • Learning new systems quickly and applying that knowledge to real client work
  • Helping refine internal processes and documentation
  • Jumping into odd jobs that need a detail-loving brain and a big heart

Who Are You:

  • Exceptionally organized with natural follow-through
  • Communicative, friendly, and able to handle client interactions professionally
  • Eager to learn accounting tools, workflows, and problem-solving techniques
  • Comfortable asking questions and even more comfortable finding your answers
  • Not afraid of saying I dont know as long as its followed by but Ill find out.
  • Tech-savvy enough to navigate Gmail, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack without handholding
  • Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with care

Nice-to-Haves (but not required):

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
  • Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative support
  • Comfortable with data entry and reconciling numbers

No Accounting Degree? Thats okay. We care more about your work ethic and your willingness to learn than a framed piece of paper. This is an opportunity to grow with us.
