Position Summary

Atlas Magnetics is looking for a Facilities Manager to join our Operations team in Quapaw, Oklahoma. As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee the build out, day-to-day operations and maintenance of our electronics manufacturing campus. This position is responsible for implementing, administering, and improving facilities programs, maintaining a safe and productive work environment, assisting management with infrastructure planning, and ensuring all building systems and operations meet regulatory and operational standards.

Position Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and cleanroom utilities to ensure continuous and reliable operation.
  • Lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all facility equipment and infrastructure.
  • Initiate and manage permits, inspections, and regulatory filings for the facility.
  • Ensure existing permits and programs remain compliant with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
  • Formulate and maintain a facilities asset database, maintenance logs, and compliance tracking systems.
  • Develop and deliver facilities and safety training programs; track attendance and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Support engineering and production teams to ensure new equipment installations and facility modifications meet compliance and operational requirements.
  • Source and manage contractors, vendors, and service agreements for facilities-related work.
  • Edit and maintain safety procedures, technical documents, and other facilities work products.
  • Respond to facility emergencies and lead root-cause analysis and corrective action efforts.
Position Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of facilities management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience drafting or following engineering drawings is a plus.
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service contracts.
  • Familiarity with EHS regulations, building codes, and facilities compliance requirements.
  • Self-starter who can identify next steps and work independently toward larger operational goals.
  • Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities quickly in response to changing circumstances.
