Position SummaryThis position is accountable for the operation, personnel management, and the service to customers within a specified geographic region.Essential Functions* Promote and develop safe work behaviors in line with the companys safety programs and objectives* Monitor hours of service for drivers; maintain compliance with all company and government regulations and policies* Supervise performance of drivers to achieve incident free deliveries of every load* Lead, manage, evaluate, and develop staff personnel* Forecast terminal performance; evaluate performance and take corrective action to meet expense and financial forecast* Engage local customers regularly to drive growth and enhance relationships* Ensure maximum asset utilization
