Associate General Counsel

We are searching for an Associate General Counsel for their location and headquarters in the Galena, KS area.

The Associate General Counsel, in consultation with management, provides guidance, direction, and assistance on a wide variety of legal matters and issues, including in the areas of marketing & advertising law; intellectual property; privacy; information technology and systems; contract review, drafting and negotiation of corporate transactions and litigation/claim management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years comparable law firm and/or in-house experience.
• Background in corporate law, with experience in some of the following areas strongly preferred: marketing & advertising law; intellectual property; privacy; information technology and systems; cybersecurity and licensing.
• Experience in the following areas will be given additional consideration: employment and labor law; environmental law; finance and tax; antitrust; corporate governance; contract law and UCC Article 2; and litigation/claim management.
• Experience in providing legal advice and support for manufacturing operations desired.
