Our Back of House positions may include a few different areas. These include:
Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware; Preparing dish area and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking; Unloading and storing deliveries as needed; Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled; Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans; Protecting establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies; Other duties as requested by manager.
Maintaining food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils; Managing sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas; Reading food orders and/or receiving verbal instructions required and preparing orders quickly and accurately; Cleaning and restocking station at the beginning and end of each shift, prepping additional items as necessary; Ensuring prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements; Protecting establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies; Other duties as requested by management.
Preparing foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions; Preparing food of consistent quality with recipe cards and production and portion standards; Cleaning and sanitizing station at beginning and end of shift which may include light dishwashing; Protecting establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies; Other duties as requested by management.
